How do I get my money back?

You have 7 days to change your mind about an online purchase, with no reason needed, and you get everything back. Write to contato@efficier.com with the email used for the purchase, or use the link on the Paddle receipt. Details in the refund policy.

How many computers can I use the license on?

The Founder license works on 3 computers at the same time. To use it on another one, sign out on one of them, in the app itself (up to 5 times every 30 days).

Which computers does Verso One run on?

Verso One is built for Windows 10 and 11, macOS 11 or newer and 64-bit Linux. The installers and the final requirements for 1.0.0 will be announced at launch.

Can I use it for free?

Yes. Free use needs no account and has no time limit, for personal and professional use. The public download is not available yet.

What happens without internet?

Free use continues. The Pro features work for up to 30 days without contacting the server. After that, only they pause until you connect again. Your files still open and export.
